JOIN RUN WITH AIM: A supportive & encouraging community of female runners from around the world that come together to run, have fun, and get shit done – in running and life! Accomplish your goals, participate in fun challenges, win prizes, and meet other female runners who will cheer you on along the way!
How does it work?
STEP 1: BE PLACED ON A TEAM
With 20-25 female runners & non-runners of ALL DIFFERENT abilities, ages, levels, and places in their journeys.
STEP 2: SET YOUR OWN GOALS
Set your own personal goals each month & check-in with your team members each Monday to stay accountable! Track them with your own, personal, goal calendars to see your progress throughout the season.
In the Run with Aim group – we believe goals come in ALL shapes & sizes – you can choose to set goals in ANY area of your life: running, strength, nutrition, hydration, or anything else you can imagine!
STEP 3: PARTICIPATE IN CHALLENGES
Needing some motivation? Keep the energy & momentum strong by participating in a variety of team challenges each weekend (all participation & effort based) to win points for your team each month! The team with the MOST points at the end of each month wins PRIZES for their entire team!
STEP 4: WIN PRIZES
There are TONS of ways to win prizes – both on an individual level & as a whole team!
INDIVIDUAL PRIZES: You can win individual prizes by tracking your progress with your goals, engaging with & supporting your team mates, and participating in challenges!
TEAM PRIZES: Your entire TEAM could win prizes for scoring the most points during the weekend challenges!

What if I already have a running coach, can I still join?
YES, absolutely! Having a running coach is a great compliment to & addition to what you will get here within the group. The group can help you to stay on track with those personal running goals, cheer you on along the way as you reach those milestones, and offer advice & support if you run into challenges along the way!
How long is the group?
Each season is 3 months long – this gives you enough time to get to know your teammates, make some SERIOUS progress on some goals, adjust along the way, and gives you LOTS of time to win some prizes!
What if I am new to running/don’t run yet?
Welcome! We will be here to support you and cheer you on EVERY single step of the way! You can set your own goals with the help of your team mates & learn from the others in the group along the way. We are SO excited to start this journey with you!
